This innovative design allows the tube to tilt back 45° toward the deck interior, which allows anglers of all ages to easily and safely remove the rod by clearing the rod butt from the tube without needing to lean dangerously over the gunwale.
The tube rotates on a pressure-sensitive wrist pin, offering controlled movement between the inboard and outboard 45° dead stops.
For direction setting, our exclusive, spring-loaded mechanism allows the tube to index 360° with 20 precise interlocking positions (optionally equipped). Once engaged, machined teeth secure the position for maximum stability and virtually no wear, ensuring long-lasting performance.
All positioning adjustments are tool-free, and all aluminum components are anodized to military specifications for superior durability.
